Lelia and Bijan Sadeghi opened Bloomfield Creamery in Pasadena in 2017, and they are the second generation of ice cream artisans. Sadeghis were born and raised in Bloomfield Hills, Michigan, where their parents had worked in the ice cream business for over 40 years. He moved to Los Angeles in 2010 to create a product that would satisfy their desire for creamy ice cream.
As they say on the website, “we can’t remember a time when ice cream hasn’t been a part of our lives.” Bloomfield Creamy ice cream blends the Sadeghis’ heritage, culinary traditions from their hometown of Bloomfield Hills, and the legacy and the history of their parents’ ice cream business.

Cookies n’ Cream is one of the most popular flavors of ice cream, but when it comes to an organic version, the expectations are higher. The Organic Cookies n’ Cream offers the same crunch and creamy richness, but with a focus on natural ingredients and cleaner taste. From the first bite, it delivers a smooth and velvety texture that is balanced with chunks of organic chocolate cookies. It has just the right amount of crunch and the organic vanilla base is creamy with moderate sweetness and wonderful richness. Unlike some overly sweet flavors, this has a natural well-balanced sweetness that enhances the richness of the chocolate.
