On Tuesday, February 25th, the second level of Cena was crowded with students, especially 11th graders, as twenty-four colleges and universities from outside of the United States came to campus to share information about their programs.
After attending the college fair, EF students shared overwhelmingly positive feedback, highlighting the event’s value in expanding their knowledge of international universities.
As Anh, an 11th grader, said, “I found the college fair quite helpful in exploring international educational opportunities as it provided valuable information on a wide range of universities from around the world.” Among the universities, she added, “the University of Melbourne stood out the most, especially because of its highly regarded business program that will enable me to fulfill my academic and professional aspirations.”
Queenie, an 11th grader, agreed. “It was really great for us to have the opportunity to learn more about college systems outside the US. It made me think more carefully about my college choices.” The more colleges we learn about,” Queen said, “the better decisions we can make for our future. The University of East Anglia caught my attention. I was really impressed by its programs.”

Dat, an 11th grader, also found the event helpful. “This college fair was more informative to me about how universities internationally work, exposing me to wider views on foreign education,” he said. “It was a worthwhile experience to be able to take into consideration different academic programs and systems worldwide. I’m definitely keen on learning more about international schools, though I haven’t thought of a specific college.”
The colleges and universities included eleven from the United Kingdom, two from Ireland, and one each from Switzerland, France, Italy, Spain, Poland, and Germany. Beyond Europe, three institutions came from Australia, and two from New Zealand. This group serves to emphasize the global quality of academic excellence and the options offered to students in search of an international education. While many colleges and universities offer a variety of majors, including nursing, health, medical science, biochemistry, and fashion, the major that almost all of them concentrate on is business.
This fair gives EF students excellent chances to look for colleges outside of the United States, giving them more options to choose from and to find the things that they want to study. Not everyone wants to continue learning in the US, so the fair provided an opportunity for students to change and develop themselves.
